By purchasing a product online from Botanique Trichology, you agree to pay an amount totaling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.
Refunds and Returns
Items must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, We will gladly refund your item up to 7 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

Delivery
- Standard shipping: Within 2-9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).
- Express shipping: Within 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).
- You will receive an email containing tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Botanique Trichology's reasonable control.
- Botanique Trichology Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.
- Botanique Trichology reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.
